It doesn’t have to be your fault to be your responsibility.

Our Approach

At Equity Analytics Group we focus on the analysis needed to drive discovery and understanding so that equity efforts and interventions come from an informed place, allowing change to be measured, communicated, and reflected upon.

Our goals are to help your organization develop the approach and tools to effectively measure the things you value, and to communicate your story clearly, accurately, and in a way that resonates from multiple perspectives, from members of your board to your front-line employees. To do this we develop a customized evaluation and implementation plan that builds on your existing strengths and aims to foster self-sufficient internal systems that can adapt and grow with your organization.

Equity Analytics Group recognizes that we are a predominately white organization and operate within systemic racism and oppression, and that silence and neutrality are actions of complicity that perpetuate harm. We recognize the critical role that science and research has in our culture and recognize our responsibility to make positive change through our work, our practices, and our policies. We commit ourselves to the life-long work of anti-racism and anti-oppression and will work with urgency to end racial inequities in our industry and our culture.

We invite community members and colleagues to hold us accountable.
